Shipping policy

All of our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the item to be made, packaged, and shipped. In many cases your purchase will be delivered sooner than the 6 week turnaround window. 

A shipping label will be created for your purchase within a week, however, this does not mean your item has shipped. This only means a label has been created. Please track your order by entering the tracking number provided from your email notifications. Again, due to the intricate detail & skill required to make an authentic Aumarogems design, we ask you allow us 6 weeks to create, package, and ship your order.
