Aumarogems does not offer returns or exchanges at this time. 

Due to the intricate detail & skill required to create an authentic Aumarogems gemstone creation, all sales are final. Please keep this in mind prior to purchasing. Our silk knotted jewelry can take hours to days to create, so we ask for your understanding and appreciation of our policies. 

If for some reason an item was damaged during transit, please email us within 3 business days upon receiving your purchase at: aumarogems@gmail.com with photos of the damages and a written statement. Upon receiving your email we will determine whether the item is eligible for an exchange where we will issue a return label and once received, remake/ship the item originally purchased with no extra cost. We ask you allow us 6 weeks upon receiving the damaged item in order to remake the design, package, and ship.

We ask you handle your jewelry with care. The silk knotted technique entails proper care, please DO NOT expose to water, perfumes, or any other irritants. DO NOT tug on your jewelry and avoid wearing it if you expect to participate in rigorous activity including exercise, gardening, house work, etc. 

With that said, if within 6 months your jewelry breaks due to mishandling, (this includes gemstone fractures), we offer a one time replacement of the item for 85% of the current price the item is listed at, excluding any and all discounts available at any time. Email us at aumarogems@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and a description of its condition. Upon receiving your email we will determine whether the item is eligible for a replacement. Thereafter you will receive an invoice for the replacement fee (85% of current marked price of item), once the invoice is paid we will issue a return label. We ask you allow us 6 weeks upon receiving the damaged item in order to remake the design, package, and ship. Please keep in mind that it is up to us to determine whether the item is able to be replaced or not. At least 97% of the original piece must be in tact in order for us to replace the item. We wont replace an item if the clasps are not in tact. If an item is no longer in stock then the replacement offer cannot be applied.
